Delivery Service:All orders are arranged for delivery via SF Express (SF). Customers can choose between home delivery or self-pickup at an SF station.
(For SF station addresses and operating hours, please click here.)SF uses refrigerated vehicles for transportation and stores items in refrigerated cabinets at SF stations, so customers can collect their orders with peace of mind.Products include basic packaging materials. However, we recommend customers bring their own shopping bag for easy collection.At checkout, customers must select the preferred SF pickup station and the expected pickup date (including Sundays and public holidays).Orders of HK$200 or above qualify for free delivery. For orders under HK$200, delivery fees apply:

Door to Door delivery: HK$40
Self-pickup at SF station: HK$18

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–3 working days. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.)For self-pickup at SF stations, the recipient must download the official SFHK APP and enable notifications. All arrival notifications will be sent via push messages in the APP only—please stay alert!If the customer fails to collect the order within 2 days of arrival at the SF station, SF reserves the right to charge additional storage fees.During festive periods with high order volumes, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Delivery Fee Calculation:The delivery fee for each order will be confirmed before checkout.
